I live in Victoria, BC and I am going to the University of Victoria. I just finished my Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, with an emphasis on American Literature and Shakespeare in English and American and German History. I will begin and complete my Bachelor of Education for Secondary levels over the 2009-2010 school year. I ultimately would like to teach high school English and Social Studies/History, become as loving as my mom and as wise as my dad, have a family, write a bestselling novel, meet Dave Matthews, swim with the dolphins, and travel the world.
I want to play a irreplaceable role in someone’s life and change that life or the world in a positive, unalterable way. I also would like to always be able to admit when I am wrong, handle defeat with grace, achieve everything I aspire to, see the wonder in the world like a child does, and know that I have a purpose whether large or small.
Is that too much to ask? I don’t think so.
