Please keep my very dear, funny, sweet, kind and old soul of an Uncle Dave in your thoughts and prayers as liver cancer seems to cast a shadow over his body right now. We don’t know what this means (when do we ever), but keep him, his family, and our family close to your hearts over the next few days. God is bigger than all of this and all of us, so here’s to both the peace and trust we’re determined to find.
Be blessed.

My prayers are so with Uncle Dave. God is bigger than this. He is in the business of doing miracles and we need one right now!! God please bring health and healing over Uncle Dave’s body.

Hey Kate…
I’ve been thinking so much of your family lately…seeing as we are in quite the same situation.
You are so passionate about God and how much He loves us..it’s inspiring.
God spoke something to me last week, I was thinking about how we pray things and they don’t always happen, I don’t doubt that God is in control, or that He has the best laid out for us, but in real life, when crap happens and people get sick or die, why doesn’t He always give us our miracle?
Then a still, soft voice came to me and said, ‘but Michelle! I already DID the miracle! You (and your family) have HOPE….you KNOW where you are going! I sacrificed my only son for you. You have a peace that passes all understanding (when really there should be NO peace)’
I’m thinking of your family, praying for strength and understanding.
Blessings…
